• Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, support lead generation campaigns, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Conduct structured multi-channel prospecting across target EMEA accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns.
• Engage prospects to understand operational challenges and introduce relevant CribMaster solutions.
• Identify and map multi-stakeholder buying groups across key functions and seniority levels.
• Build early-stage business cases and messaging around customer needs such as cost reduction, safety, compliance, stock availability, and produ
