YOUR IMPACT
As a Client Director, you will own Professional Services sales across a portfolio of Enterprise and Public Sector accounts, driving bookings and expanding the adoption of OpenText solutions. You'll work closely with Account Executives, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to identify opportunities across ECM, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Cybersecurity,
helping clients achieve their business and transformation goals. From opportunity qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure, you'll lead the full services sales lifecycle and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Ownership of Professional Services sales within strategic Enterprise and Public Sector accounts
Opportunity to drive bookings across OpenText's ECM, ITOM, and Cybersecurity portfolio
Direct engagement with senior client stakeholders on business transformation initiatives
Partnership with experienced Account Executives and Professional Services teams
Involvement in complex consulting engagements, proposals, and RFP responses
Visibility with internal leadership through program and business reviews
Opportunity to build recurring services revenue and long-term client partnerships
