In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation:
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 /hour.
- All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
- Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications*
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards
- One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar).
- Service orientation.
- Basic computer skills.
- 2 or more years experience working as an apartment turn technician, maintenance technician. make ready technician, or work order technician is highly desirable.
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English.
