Development Management Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Corporate Development Manager to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO and working on funding, strategic finance and growth initiatives.
This is an operational role with high ownership, where the candidate will not only contribute to strategic decisions, but will also directly execute financial models, investor materials and fundraising processes. The position plays a key role in shaping the company’s equity story and supporting capital raising and growth initiatives.
Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models supporting the business plan, long-term projections and valuation
Actively prepare and manage investor decks, financial presentations and data rooms for equity and debt fundraising
Execute fundraising processes, including investor outreach, Q&A; management, and follow-ups
Analyze investment cases, growth initiatives and strategic opportunities with a deal-oriented mindset
3–4 years of experience, mainly in Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory
~ Academic background in Economics, Finance, or related fields
~ Strong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business planning, cash flow forecasting and valuation
~ Proven experience in preparing and managing materials for equity and debt investors
~ Comfortable working closely with C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
~ Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
