We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee and optimize the company's administrative operations. In a fast-paced video game development environment, this role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and is comfortable working in a dynamic, creative industry.

Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and outsourcing relationships

Manage contracts, documentation, and internal compliance processes

Support finance-related administrative activities (invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting coordination)

Ensure proper maintenance of company records, databases, and filing systems

Assist leadership with reporting, planning, and operational tasks

Coordinate internal communications and HR processes (onboarding, documentation, policies)

Handle procurement of office supplies, software, and services

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory,



and company policies

Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools)

Experience with budgeting and basic financial processes is a plus

Familiarity with the video game or tech industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Experience in startups or creative/tech companies xrdbqlu
