Your seat to fill:
Lead the development and sourcing of fabrics, trims, labels, packaging, and other material components for apparel collections, ensuring alignment with product vision, functionality, quality, and cost objectives
Partner closely with Design and Product Development to identify and develop materials that support product concepts, performance requirements, and overall product strategy
Manage seasonal material libraries and PLM documentation, ensuring accurate specifications, material approvals, and readiness in line with product creation milestones
Ensure all fabrics, trims, and material components meet required performance, quality, testing, compliance, and regulatory standards
Build and maintain strategic relationships with mills, fabric and trim suppliers, and innovation partners, including negotiation of costs, lead times, MOQs, and development commitments
