Purpose of the position
As Internal Auditor you will be part of the Internal Audit Function supporting the execution of innovative audit activities focused on IT, Cybersecurity, and Digital processes .
You will also contribute to the execution of continuous auditing and data-driven audit approaches , leveraging advanced analytics and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of IT and Cybersecurity audits, including risk assessment, management interviews and testing of controls.
- Contribute to continuous auditing activities on key business processes (e.g., procurement, accounting), leveraging advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Celonis).
- Collaborate in the identification of control gaps and areas for improvement and support the preparation and communication of audit results and recommendations.
- Proactively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Agentic AI development projects, supporting the enhancement of audit activities and digital tools.
- Manage and coordinate, in compliance with Saipem criteria, the external legal firms.
What we are looking for
- Education: Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Cybersecurity and any related field.
- Background: University projects in the digital, IT and cyber security sectors will be highly valued.
