About the opportunityWe are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our growing Customer Service team. Your main responsibilities:

What we are looking for:
- Fluency in Italian C2 level.
- English level: minimum B2(intermediate) or higher.

- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
