Responsible for: The Assistant Spa Manager / Direttore Tecnico supports the operational and strategic management of the hotel Spa, ensuring high service standards, excellence in guest experience, and full compliance with all applicable regulations (health, safety, and industry standards).
This role combines operational, managerial, and technical responsibilities, contributing to the achievement of the Spa’s financial and quality performance goals, in alignment with brand values (e.G., Hyatt: care, inclusion, service excellence).
