As a Customer Support Manager at onOffice in Turin, you will be the direct line of support for property professionals across Italy, helping them navigate our CRM software, resolve daily technical challenges, and optimize their business workflows.

About the Turin Team We combine local client proximity with international technical strength. Operating from our central Turin office, our team drives onOffice growth in the Italian market with direct decision-making paths, structured processes, and an open, pragmatic workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide Italian real estate companies on using onOffice enterprise software and modules via phone and online channels.
- Process and resolve software inquiries systematically through our CRM ticketing system, documenting clear solutions.
- Customize property listing templates (exposés)



and contract structures to simplify daily client operations.
- Collaborate directly with specialized technical departments at our German headquarters on complex software cases.

Requirements
- Practical experience in customer service, software support, or technical client care (open to both entry-level talent and experienced support professionals).
- Fluent Italian skills for client communication, strong English for international teamwork, and basic German skills for internal collaboration with headquarters.
- Strong active listening skills, logical problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering practical user solutions.
- Comfort working with modern web-based software tools and structured workflow management systems.
