We are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to partner closely with three members of our Executive Leadership Team.



This role is critical in ensuring our executives remain focused, organized, and effective. You'll be the trusted point of contact, managing professional and personal priorities, and acting as an extension of your executives in every sense.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:
- Provide complex calendar and scheduling management.
- Maintain and manage a shared to-do list with your executives, proactively tracking progress and accountability.
- Track, prepare, and submit expense reports.
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel logistics.
- Support recurring team meetings, including agenda preparation, deck creation, and high-level follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members across all levels of the organization as well as key external stakeholders.
- Jump in on project support where needed, providing flexible and hands-on assistance
