Program Purpose

The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace. As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.

Project
Based in the HO in London, you will have the opportunity to take the lead a key project related to the launch of the brand’s upcoming collaboration capsule collection with relevant marketing activities. This project will have a huge exposure in terms of scope and involved stakeholders.

Job responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities

During the 6 months internship journey, you will explore the activities of the E-commerce Department, providing your contribution on the following activities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring sales, stock levels, and competitor benchmarks to provide actionable insights.
- Product Launches & Site Maintenance:

Managing setting and visual merchandising (VM) and ensuring timely updates and accuracy across the site.
- Site Operations Management: Overseeing search performance, commercial campaigns, and digital activations to enhance user experience.
- Buying Support: Assisting in purchasing activities during seasonal collection presentations.
- Customer Service Case Resolution: Handling e-commerce cases in collaboration with the Customer Service Hub.

In addition you will have the chance to work closely with the CRM Department, supporting the team in different activities such as deduplication analysisand calendar of in store activitiesand results

Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Strong interest for fashion/luxury industry
- A previous professional experience within a similar role will be considered a plus
- Computer skills and proficiency with the Suite Office (Excel; Powerpoint)
- Excellent analytical skills
