We are looking for an

HR SPECIALIST (INTERNSHIP)

As Human Resources Intern you will support HR activities within the HR department, getting and being involved in all the key and critical HR processes and change management activities.
- Support Talent Acquisition: job posting, CV screening, phone calls, interviews scheduling, etc.
- Learning and Development: collect training needs, manage training programs with special focus on funding training plan, define together with the HR team the training priorities and follow-up training budget.
- Performance Management Process: support process execution according to overall EMEA scheduling
- Support the team in daily activities management such as presentations preparations,



deadlines monitoring, archive, etc...
- Assists HR Team in daily activities in administrative task
- Take actively part in ad hoc HR projects

Requirements:
- Degree
- Master in HR will be a plus
- Advanced level of Power Point and Excel
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to organize and monitor
- Positive approach and enthusiasm
- Personal attitude to continuous improvement
- Fluent English
