ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Live Show & Content Manager to join our Content team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day content production and lead control room operations and rundown execution during matchdays and live-streamed events.

Key Responsibilities:

Matchday & Live Show Running
- Rundown & Live Broadcast Management: Create, update, and coordinate the show flow (rundown) in real-time inside the control room / gallery.
- Technical & Editorial Liaison: Serve as the main bridge between editorial strategy and the technical crew during live broadcasts.
- Talent Management: Coordinate timing, cues, and stage entries/exits for hosts, talents,

and guests during live broadcasts.

Project Management & Content Production
- Concept & Production Supervision: Oversee day-to-day content production, from initial ideation to final deliverables.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Confidently lead and facilitate operational meetings with external partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to align on content deliverables and campaign goals.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Manage and align multidisciplinary teams (video editors, motion graphic designers, writers, hosts, and talent).
- Editorial & Scriptwriting: Write scripts, concepts, formats, and manage editorial calendars.
- Events & Activations: Handle project management for live events and special live-streaming brand activations.

Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in production coordination, show running, or senior editorial roles across broadcast TV, digital video product
