Job Overview
We are looking for a Powertrain Quality Operations Manager
Technical Skills
5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary quality teams (Quality Operations, Engineering,
Metrology, Supplier Quality).
Knowledge of key internal and external quality KPIs, including: DRR, 0 km PPM, 3MIS Warranty, KPPM, Internal Scrap.
Experience in Advanced Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D methodology, risk assessment, and reaction plan definition.
Experience in containment management and serial life management.
Experience in managing process, product, and supplier non-conformities.
Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes, supplier escalation management, and action plan evaluation.
Knowledge of: PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA, D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management.
Ability to perform technical product diagnostics and dimensional analysis.
Knowledge of geometry, metrology, and measurement systems.
Knowledge of SPC, Cpk, process capability, and quality statistical tools.
