As a Residence Advisor, you will ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our international students at the EF Language Abroad residences, working full-time under the Housing Manager. *This is an on-site, live-in position with room and board provided as part of the compensation package. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Welcoming students:
Manage check-ins/outs to ensure all students feel at home during their stay. Room checks: Inspect and maintain quality standards for rooms and facilities used by students and staff. Emergency support: Be on-call to handle all issues as they arise, with safeguarding and student welfare as the top priority. Events and Activities: Lead fun on-campus activities, act as a tour guide, and create unforgettable experiences for every student Teamwork: Build strong relationships with staff and students through clear, positive communication.
