As a Learning Experience Designer - Leadership M/F/D(42345) you will report to the Group Learning & Development Director in the HR department based in Paris (France) or Tychy (Poland) for a Permanent contract.
We are seeking a creative, structured,
and highly skilled Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will work closely with ourour HR partners andBusinessLeadersto design meaningful, engaging and modern learning solutions, with a strong focus on leadership development. You will be the pedagogical expert behind the scenes—crafting learning journeys, shaping digital modules, and ensuring every solution is both attractive and impactful.
You will contribute to the design of global leadership development initiatives, working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
As a Learning Experience Designer (M/F/D), you will report to the Group Learning & Development Director within theCenters of Expertise of theGroup HRfunction.
