The role involves extensive interaction with internal colleagues from multiple countries, as well as with external suppliers, therefore it is important that you are open, flexible, approachable, and service-minded.
Role to be based in Porto, Madrid or Milan, reporting to the Head of Strategic Procurement South of Europe Zone.
Your role:
- Prepare and conduct negotiations with third-party suppliers (both direct and indirect categories)
- Support tendering and bidding processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Project Managers) on sales opportunities and project implementations
- Manage supplier qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification processes
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external legislation
- Update supplier master data and coordinate collection of relevant documentation
- Deliver and follow up on key performance indicators and objectives
- Participate in continuous process improvements and system updates

- Strong negotiator with a keen sense of commercial acumen
- Solid commercial, financial, and contractual understanding
- High degree of ownership - capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
