We are seeking a skilled IT professional responsible for the operation, support, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise IT infrastructure environment. This role focuses on ensuring stability, security, and standardization across systems.
The position serves as an escalation point for Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, contributes to problem management and root cause analysis, and supports infrastructure transformation initiatives aligned with global IT standards. The role requires close collaboration with Service Desk, Field Services, global infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure high quality service delivery across end user and site infrastructure components.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Level 2 and Level 3 escalation point for incidents and service requests related to enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues beyond Level 1 capabilities, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long term solutions.
