YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is the world leader in online luxury and fashion that comprises a complete luxury retail ecosystem. To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Security, Human Resources and Communications & Sustainability.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Intern to join the Talent Acquisition team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Our office in Milan

Department Size: 10 (Approx.)

Reporting into: Head of Talent Acquisition

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Job description drafting
- Job posting coordination
- Scheduling both phone and face-to-face interviews by managing multiple diaries of hiring managers and technical assessors
- Assisting with the administration and management of assessment tools




- Support for the processes management
- Support in internship activations
- Maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking system
- Support in managing relations with external Recruitment Agencies
- Employer Branding projects support

The type of person we are looking for:
- Strong communication e interpersonal skills
- Excellent team working capabilities
- Reliability and attention to details
- Proactivity and flexibility in receiving and executing tasks
- Capability to work under pressure in a fast-pace and international environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)
- A previous experience in Recruitment is a plus.
