Internship HR Diesel Spa:

HR Intern position will provide support to Diesel HR Management Team on several people & organization activities, processes and projects.
Being part of the HR Management Team requires helping to create a culture that encourages teamwork and ownership of the results, to enhance overall performance and job satisfaction.
In partnership with the HR Management Team, the intern will take an active role to manage an employee base of more than 400 associates.
He/she will support the Team in a broad set of HR activities:
- Administration of HR management systems, handling daily HR-based transactions or focused analysis,
reports and projects in order to provide direct support to the business.
- Assist and guide employees regarding company policies, HR programs and administrative issues, to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner, in compliance with all national employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Recent degree in HR/Organization, Economics, Labor Law or Social Science field, with strong academic credentials.
- Ability to work in fast placed, dynamic and evolving work environment with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task with accuracy and effectiveness, managing unexpected work related changes.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive informations in a responsible way.
