About Cargoful In the AI Era, modern technology should be the backbone of supply chains, but the world is not quite there yet. The market is responding fast to a strong product and we now need to scale the team and the engine that supports it. That's where you come in.
What You'll Work On The Role: Keep the Engine Running.
As our Operations Intern, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps the company moving. You'll work directly with Filippo (CEO) and Erica (COO), owning execution end-to-end across Finance & Admin, Office Ops, and whatever the team needs to ship faster. You're a Star Jolly: adaptable, fast, reliable across functions, and someone who thinks long-term about what a scaling startup actually needs to run well. You will be working on specific projects across the operational backbone. Some may be (but will change and evolve during your tenure):
Finance & Admin Operations
- Active invoicing: issue invoices, track collections, support customer AR follow-up
- Passive invoicing: vendor invoices collection, validation, and AP organization
