Build lasting client relationships by developing a strong client book and nurturing repeat business.
Maximize sales opportunities through expert product storytelling and tailored recommendations.
Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an inspiring, well-presented store environment.
Efficiently process transactions, customer inquiries, and after-sales requests with accuracy and care.
Contribute to stock management, operational excellence, compliance, and health and safety standards.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in luxury, premium retail, or client-focused environments.Fluent in Italian with strong English language skills, able to engage conf
