Job Description
The Engineering Manager represents the technical foundation of Enfinity’s development activities, playing a critical role in transforming early‑stage opportunities into technically robust, bankable, and construction‑ready projects.
The Engineering Manager leads the Development Engineering function and acts as the key technical interface between the Development team and PVI, Enfinity’s external engineering partner.
The role ensures that development requirements are effectively translated into clear and comprehensive engineering scopes, securing timely, high‑quality deliverables that align with Enfinity’s standards. Engineering assumptions defined during this phase feed directly into financial models—including CAPEX, P50/P90 estimates, losses, and availability— and lay the groundwork for subsequent pre‑construction design phases.
Technical Leadership for Development
- Provide engineering support to the Development team from site screening through ready‑to‑build.
- Deliver preliminary layouts, energy‑yield estimates, grid‑connection feasibility, and single‑line diagrams.
- Provide technical input for permitting submissions and environmental studies; run constructability assessments and conduct site visits.
