We are looking for a future tempo parziale (20 hours) Client Advisor (1-year contract) to join our team in Milan, La Rinascente. The role will focus on providing exceptional client service and support, particularly during store closing hours and on weekends.

- Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: as the newest RIMOWA member, you'll strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first‑class consultations.
- With individual CRM goals, extensive product and repair training, you shine in all customer interactions - from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
