About the Role
- Be responsible as finance business partner for monitoring R&D; project in coordination with Project Manager to explain, on a regular basis, cost and margin deviations. Assure the right level of support in Monthly Project Review;
- Work in coordination with Engineering, Project Manager and Strategic Planning departments to support planning, budgeting and forecasting process of R&D; projects. Be able to build a close relationship with Engineering department, to assure the right level of support;
- Manage in coordination with Marketing return of investment process, and assure R&D; policy compliance;
- Be responsible for monitoring all R&D; costs at divisional level, closely working with foreign companies;
- Support monthly actual closing for emerging business;
- Mange and develop reporting system ensuring accurate and timely information on R&D; project costs, reason of variances, profitability of R&D; investments, percentage of completion on emerging business projects;
- Occasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management engineering;
