ATLIX Group is an industrial additive manufacturing company born from the carve-out of TRUMPF Additive Manufacturing in July 2025 and acquired by the LEO III Fund, managed by DUBAG Group. Today, ATLIX operates through three legal entities across Italy, Germany and the United States, employing approximately 150 people worldwide.The Group is currently navigating a pivotal phase of its evolution. Following the carve-out, ATLIX is building its own independent organizational structure, corporate identity and operating model, while laying the foundations for future organic growth and potential expansion into new locations and markets.As the organization transitions from being part of a larger corporate environment to establishing itself as a standalone international industrial group, people, culture and leadership will play a critical role in its long-term success. To support this journey, ATLIX is seeking a highly experienced Global HR Director who can shape and lead the Group HR agenda across geographies, ensuring alignment between business strategy,
