As a TAM at AWS Enterprise Support, you act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer, guiding startups to Fortune 500s in adopting AWS services. You help keep environments healthy, drive discussions with senior leaders, and identify opportunities to extract greater value from AWS. You work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor guidance and solutions, shaping customers' cloud journeys at scale. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership and customer obsession.

- Build solutions and provide technical guidance for customers
- Keep AWS environments healthy while reducing cost and complexity
- Develop trusting relationships by understanding business needs and technical challenges
- Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
- Consult with stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers,
Professional Services, and Sales Account Managers
- Proactively identify opportunities for additional value from AWS
- Deliver detailed reviews of service disruptions and pre-launch planning
- Support customers migrating workloads to the cloud
- Conduct workshops and training to uplift customer capabilities
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1)
- Operational experience
- Experience with data analytics or using metrics to identify problems
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience with cloud offerings and distributed systems (Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data, Security)
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing technical leadership experience
