Role and Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you will support the B2B business development by the fulfil of the following activities.
Sales
-
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, marketing activities, and key business KPIs.
- Analyse sales data, campaign performance and business trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Provide analytical support to management through reports,
presentations and business reviews.
Marketing
-
- Monitor market trends and need in order to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate market offerings to support strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies, go-to-market initiatives and action plans aimed at improving market positioning and sales effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs and events.
Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role:
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Educational Background: Master/Bachelor degree in Economic/Management/Markrting.
- Professional Experience: Previous related experience in structured company.
- Computer Knowledge: Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken Italian and English.
