Today, the Gessi brand is acknowledged worldwide for its fashionable bathroom designs in all types of living environments, including hotels, spas, yachts and private residences. Position Overview As Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of our sales team by providing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations. This role allow you to gain hands-on experience in sales analysis, data interpretation, and strategy formulation to enhance sales performance and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and set performance targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and market opportunities.

Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Utilize data visualization tools and software to create dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations. Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to address specific business questions or challenges. Skills & Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Availability to work on-site (Parco Gessi, Serravalle Sesia, Piedmont). Excellent communication and presentation skill. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior internship in sales, marketing, or analytics
