As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The Commercial Proposal Specialist demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and cross-organizational objectives. In this role you will prepare proposals and bids in full compliance with the ITO process, integrate and develop digital applications that enhance effectiveness and efficiency, manage complex issues related to proposal development, be involved in long-term process improvements,
and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
- Proposes and implements digital transformation approaches for the proposal phase and commercial operations, including the use of innovative and emerging digital tools, such as AI driven solution
- Coordinates and leads proposal preparation phase, ensuring best value preposition and alignment with Customer's requirements
- Prepares proposals guaranteeing excelled quality and completeness, which may include compilation and response to tenders
- Drives proposal alignment until deal closure, including negotiation of the contract and its terms and conditions, keeping the proper timing to ensure that business KPI's and deal deadlines are met
- Leads deal price definition and price/margin reviews, ensuring profitability maximization
- Guarantees compliance with risk process and proposal preparation procedures
