About the Role The Test Item Developer will be based in Florence HQ (hybrid mode is possible) and will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.
We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative professional. She/he will have a crucial role in ensuring we develop for our clients the best ad-hoc aptitude/ability tests to guarantee an effective and efficient assessment process and a great candidate experience.
Responsibilities Follow the end-to-end process of creating an ad-hoc aptitude or ability test
Create item-banks and being able to manage them in an online database
Review tests created by external stakeholders
Analyze data after tests' administration and create custom reports on results
Who we are looking for Very good knowledge of basic notions of scientific school subjects, such as: Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, etc.
Reliability, flexibility, and great interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
Very good knowledge of written English
Fluency in Italian and English
