Job description:

We seek a Front Office & Administrative Assistant to support our growing organization. One of your main responsibilities is the reception area and receiving visitors, answering phone calls and handling outgoing post You will also provide administrative support and assist the Financial Controller when it comes to the registration of purchase orders and invoicing, Furthermore, you will assist in planning and organising events. We are looking for a person with strong communication skills, good at prioritising tasks with a good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities:





Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Manages the reception area and looks after visitors
Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Assists the Financial Controller in registration of purchase orders and invoicing
Purchase and facilitate delivery of office supplies and facilitate office equipment maintenance and orders office supplies as needed
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
Handles the physical and digital databases

Requirements and skills:

High school diploma or equivalent education required
At least 1 year of experience of administrative tasks or similar
Minimum B2 level of English
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic c
