Role Description The IT Support Technician role is a contract, on-site position based in Palmanova. The technician will provide hands-on technical support for desktop computers, peripherals, and printers, ensuring reliable operation and quick resolution of issues. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems,

performing computer repairs and upgrades, and supporting end users with technical inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of service requests, documenting solutions, and collaborating with other IT staff to uphold service standards and security practices. The technician will be expected to deliver responsive, customer-focused support in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
