We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the pre-opening of COYA Milan.
Experience you will need: Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar role in high-end brandPrevious experience in pre-opening, including kitchen set-up, team training & recruitment, and menu developmentRelevant experience in a high-volume, high end kitchen environment and attention to detailTo have excellent knowledge of food preparation, including working with limitations such as allergiesTo hold overall responsibility for kitchen staffing levels,
