The Transaction services team is part of Deal advisory, providing support in M&As;, from the pre-deal evaluation to the post-deal integration or separation.
Our professionals assist clients in identifying the risks and opportunities of their acquisitions, sales and joint ventures, helping them in transactions such as buy outs and IPOs.
You will assist clients in corporate finance transactions, availing of digital tools and using technology in your day-to-day activities. Our clients are large corporate entities and Italian and international private equity funds.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
a master’s degree in business subjects (with a focus on accounting, management control and finance);
1,5-2 years of experience in transaction services, audit, corporate finance or similar;
accounting skills and knowledge of the financial reporting standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS);
an ability to analyse financial statements and solid mathematical, financial and accounting expertise;
a good knowledge of English;
Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €29,000 to €33,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
