and stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. /li liContributing to backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. /li liSupporting technical and product decisions by evaluating trade-offs between scalability, performance, quality, and delivery timelines. /li liContributing to CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liActing as a key contributor and future product reference within the team. /li /ul h3Core Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in WebMobile software development. /li liProven experience within the Fire Safety domain. /li liStrong frontend development experience using Angular and Ionic. /li liSolid backend development skills with .NET. /li liPractical experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, BMAD, or similar solutions, and ability to effectively integrate them into the software delivery lifecycle. /li liHands‑on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, SQS, S3, and DynamoDB. /li liExperience working in Agile environments, preferably SAFe. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices. /li liOrganizational and prioritization skills. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills. /li liProblem‑solving attitude with a proactive approach. /li liAbility to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. /li liStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work effectively within cross‑functional and international teams. /li liProduct‑oriented approach with the ability to balance technical excellence and business value. /li liFluent in English and Italian.
