In this Network Engineer role within NTT DATA’s Managed Services, you will support a major automotive client from the Modena site, ensuring continuous service and meeting SLAs. You’ll collaborate with a global team to deliver on-site operations and incident handling, with on-call readiness outside business hours. You’ll help optimize performance, manage changes, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
