Engineering and Product leadership. /liliDrive design system initiatives across cross-functional teams while providing expert design leadership. /liliOwn and evolve components, tokens, patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and accessibility. /liliEnable designers, engineers and product teams to adopt, contribute to and continuously improve the design system. /liliBalance standardization with flexibility, enabling innovation within shared foundations. /liliChampion accessibility and inclusive design as core principles. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve tooling, governance and workflows while integrating emerging technologies. /liliMentor designers and foster excellence through coaching and knowledge sharing without direct disciplinary responsibility. /li /ulpbr/ppbYour Skills /b /pulliProven experience leading enterprise-scale design systems. /liliStrong design leadership with the ability to influence without formal authority. /liliExcellent interaction, visual and systems design skills. /liliTechnical fluency with design tokens, front-end frameworks and design tooling. /liliDeep knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design. /liliStrategic thinking aligned with business and product goals. /liliOutstanding communication, facilitation and stakeholder management. /liliCross-functional leadership and change management capabilities. /li /ulpbr/ppbYour Profile /b /pulliDegree in Design or a related discipline. /liliSeveral years of experience leading large-scale design systems in complex product organizations. /liliExperience influencing multidisciplinary teams across Design, Engineering and Product. /liliFluent English; German is a plus. /li /ul
