We are seeking a highly experienced
EMEA Leader
to drive regional growth, commercial excellence, and strategic execution within our traction systems business. This is a key role responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
What you will do: Define and execute
regional business strategies

(sales, marketing, support) Foster a culture of
accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics preferred); MBA is a plus 10+ years of experience
in traction motors, drives, or vehicle electrification Strong background in
off-highway and commercial vehicle applications Proven experience in
regional or business unit leadership roles Solid
commercial acumen and negotiation skills Experience leading
international, cross-functional teams Excellent
communication and customer engagement skills Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
