ph3Your mission /h3 ul liCoordinate daily operational activities across field technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the reliable operation of our charging infrastructure /li liPlan and manage maintenance, installation, and service activities, ensuring timely execution and high quality standards /li liMonitor the performance of EV charging and energy assets and support troubleshooting activities when issues arise /li liCollaborate closely with external vendors and service providers to maintain efficient operations and asset availability /li liSupport customer inquiries and coordinate issue escalation processes to deliver an excellent service experience /li liAnalyze operational data, track performance indicators, and contribute to continuous process improvements /li liMaintain accurate documentation, operational reports, and compliance-related records /li liConduct site visits and support retrofit or optimization activities across the charging network /li liHelp ensure operational excellence by managing spare parts availability and supporting day-to-day operational processes /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field /li liFirst professional experience in operations, field service, e-mobility, energy, or a related technical environment /li liStrong interest in EV charging infrastructure, energy systems,
