We're Hiring: Operations & Project Coordinator

At AVAU, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive and hands-on Operations & Project Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our company.
This is a broad, cross-functional role rather than a specialist position. You'll work across production, logistics, inventory, sales support, marketing, partnerships and operations to help keep the business running smoothly.
Working closely with the founders, you'll help coordinate the day-to-day activities of AVAU while also being directly involved in the execution of operational tasks. As the company grows, this role offers the opportunity to evolve into a broader Operations Management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across the business.
- Process customer and distributor orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning.
- Coordinate production timelines and follow up with manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate logistics, warehouse activities and international shipments.
- Maintain operational reports, sales statistics and Excel-based tracking tools.
- Manage and monitor cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
- Coordinate activities across production, logistics, marketing and external partners.
- Organize priorities, timelines and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate relationships with suppliers, distributors, agencies and external partners.
- Track ongoing initiatives and ensure clear ownership and follow-through.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively drive practical solutions.
- Help improve internal processes as the company grows.
- Support the founders in executing strategic initiatives and turning priorities into action.
Who You Are
- Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Happy to balance coordination with hands-on operational work.
- Curious about how a business operates and interested in understanding how production, logistics, sales and marketing connect.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using Excel and operational data.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solution-oriented with a practical, hands-on mindset.
- Comfortable taking ownership and following projects through to completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Executive Assistance, Operations Coordination or a similar cross-functional role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with operational reports and data.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent English is essential.
