Key Requirements 5 years' commercial experience developing with Java . Strong understanding of Java development and software engineering best practices. Experience working on enterprise-scale applications and complex technical environments. Ability to analyse requirements, design solutions and deliver robust, maintainable code. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Comfortable working collaboratively within a development team. Fluent Italian is essential. Ability to work 5 days per week onsite in Florence .
