Role: Stress Engineer (CAE Department)
We are seeking a Stress Engineer with a background in Aerospace, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering to join our CAE Department. In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
- Support new aerostructures projects.
- Manage stress analysis and non-conformities in current aerostructures programs.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in the structural analysis of non-conformities for current civil aerostructures programs (experience with the ATR Program is highly desirable).
- Proficiency in static, fatigue,
and damage tolerance analysis methods for aeronautical aluminum alloy structures.
- Good knowledge of Leonardo Civil programs and ATR program, if possible, specifically concerning analysis methods and allowables.
- Proficiency in CAD and CAE tools, specifically Catia V5, NASGRO, Nastran, and Patran.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
- Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and independently.
- Flexibility and availability to travel as required.
Language Skills
- English: At least B2 level is mandatory.
- Italian: Mandatory fluent or native level.
Experience Level & Position Details
We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience. We are looking for both passionate entry-level engineers (recent graduates or 1 year of experience) and experts (4–6 years of experience as a Stress Engineer in the aerospace industry).
