**Goodyear. More Driven.** We are looking for an **HR SPECIALIST (INTERNSHIP)** As Human Resources Intern you will support HR activities within the HR department, getting and being involved in all the key and critical HR processes and change management activities.
- Support Talent Acquisition: job posting, CV screening, phone calls, interviews scheduling, etc.
- Learning and Development: collect training needs, manage training programs with special focus on funding training plan, define together with the HR team the training priorities and follow-up training budget.
- Performance Management Process: support process execution according to overall EMEA scheduling
- Support the team in daily activities management such as presentations preparations,

deadlines monitoring, archive, etc...
- Assists HR Team in daily activities in administrative task
- Take actively part in ad hoc HR projects **Requirements**: - Degree
- Master in HR will be a plus
- Advanced level of Power Point and Excel
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to organize and monitor
- Positive approach and enthusiasm
- Personal attitude to continuous improvement
