In addition, the Assistant HR Manager works independently, proactively and with a team, to be more visible to the business, and assists the Human Resources Senior Manager, in handling more challenging and less routine projects. Provide resources and build relationships always focused on the mission and objectives set forth by their leadership. Fully aligned with their teams. Adapt and become more of a strategic resource. Develop an agenda that closely supports the overall goals of the organization. /ppbr / /ppstrongJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /pulliOversee full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement. /liliAssist the Human Resources Department to develop and execute HR strategies to enhance the overall Human Resources effectiveness and efficiency within Hungary. /liliEnsure all payroll administration and other information e.G. time attendance, leave and OT records are well recorded. /liliEstablish and maintain departmental records and reports. /liliEnhance employee productivity and commitment to goals. /liliProactively develop relationships within assigned population and acts as point of contact.

speakup and deliver with pride; br / inspire through trust and lead by example /liliFacilitate monthly one-on-one meetings to be scheduled in advance and on a consistent basis to support clear open communication, trust and aligning goals with business strategy and performance expectations. /liliWorking knowledge and experience in a Collective Bargaining environment. /liliPlan and execute talent sourcing activities for experienced hiring or internship program at the direction of the HK local operations team. /liliReview statistical data and prepare monthly reports, identify and determine causes of personnel problems and recommend solutions for improvement. /liliHandle grievances and conflicts between employee and implement disciplinary procedures accordingly, as they arise. /liliConduct all on boarding and orientation for newly hired staff. /liliEvaluate the necessary staffing procedures and documents. /liliAssist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongJOB REQUIREMENTS: /strong /pulliDegree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. /liliMinimum 5-6 years’ relevant experience gained from a sizable organization and fast paced environment. /liliHands-on HR generalist experience in the hospitality or travel industry preferably. /liliExperience in assisting with setting up HR and or enforcing policies and processes is a definite advantage. /liliIndependent, Critical thinker, proactive, responsible, result-oriented, detail-minded and able to work under pressure. /liliKnowledge of management principals. /liliGood team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule. /liliProficient in MS Office applications and HRIS and Payroll processes. /liliGood command of spoken and written English (additional languages is an advantage). /liliWork location: Airport /li /ulpbr / /p
