We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team, and we’re looking for a Sensory &

- Innovation Intern to join our Innovation Center in Turin.

You will become part of our Sensory &

- Shelf Life Team within the R&D; Department, where you’ll support sensory analysis activities, manage tasting sessions, prepare samples, and process data — all contributing to a deeper understanding of coffee from a sensory and innovation perspective.

- Your Day-to-day Activities

- Carry out bibliographic research
- Support the creation of analytical and experimental plans
- Assist in practical tasting activities and sample preparation
- Support internal assessor training and sample analysis
- Collect, organize, and process data to contribute to report drafting
- Collaborate with the Sensory Manager and team in the daily management of tasting panels

- Who We’re Looking For

- You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date: October 2026

- You hold a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology
- You’ re fluent in Italian and English
- You’ve probably had an international experience – language course or exchange programme? Way to go!
- You’re passionate about sensory analysis and eager to learn through hands-on experience
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an extended international team
- You’re creative,



proactive, and confident with Excel and PowerPoint
