Are you passionate about the automotive industry? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and supporting customers in a dynamic environment? MSX has the opportunity for you! MSX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Diagnostic Agent to join our team.
In this role you will provide first-line technical support to the dealer network, helping resolve vehicle-related technical issues and ensuring excellent service levels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to dealers via phone and ticketing systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle-related technical issues
- Escalating complex cases when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborating with internal technical teams and stakeholders
- Supporting dealers in identifying effective solutions and best practices
- Maintaining high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
- Participating in technical training and continuous learning activities
Qualifications
We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills,
and a passion for the automotive industry.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
- Fluent Italian and good English language skills (B2 level or above)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and internal combustion engines
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in automotive technical support, workshop environments, or aftersales activities is an advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
