Role Description
The Operatore certificato in discipline olistiche | Spazio coworking is a full-time, on-site role based in Valderice. The professional will deliver holistic services such as individual and group sessions (e.g., yoga, meditation, energy work, body treatments), contributing to the psychophysical well-being of clients in alignment with Athlon’s values and methodologies. Day-to-day activities include planning and facilitating sessions, managing client appointments, maintaining a welcoming and safe environment in the coworking space,
and collaborating with other trainers and practitioners to create integrated wellness programs. The role also involves basic administrative tasks related to space usage, promoting activities within the center’s community and digital channels, and actively participating in internal meetings, training, and events to support continuous improvement and shared growth.
Qualifications
- Certified training in one or more holistic disciplines (e.g., yoga, meditation, shiatsu, energy-based practices) and proven ability to conduct individual and group sessions.
- Strong client care, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and building trust-based professional relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including appointment scheduling, space management, and coordination of activities within a coworking environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice, respect, discipline, mindfulness, and alignment with Athlon Trapani’s pedagogical and holistic approach.
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of instructors and practitioners, contributing positively to a supportive and inclusive community.
- Basic digital literacy for managing communications, online promotion of services, and interaction with Athlon’s digital platforms (@CasaAthlon, website, social channels). xysqume
- Previous experience in wellness centers, holistic studios, or educational sports environments is highly beneficial.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Valderice and flexibility to support activities during peak hours, workshops, and special events
