We are looking for a Packaging Operator

who, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, will be responsible for the final packaging of finished products in line with company standards and customer specifications, ensuring quality, order, and compliance with delivery deadlines.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

- Use the handheld device to verify product codes against order specifications.
- Perform packaging activities (component insertion, labeling, wrapping) and arrange products on pallets.
- Prepare packaging materials according to company procedures.
- Report any anomalies or defects identified in the products.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma preferred.
- Previous experience, even short-term, in packaging or production activities, ideally within the metalworking industry.

Soft Skills

- Manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and ability to meet production deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of packaging tools and equipment.

Employment Terms

Full-time fixed-term contract, with classification and level to be defined based on the candidate’s actual experience.
